Hourly Rates and Turnaround Times:

(1) Non-Profit: If you are a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, $25 per hour with 24 hour turnaround via email or text.

(2) For-Profit: If you are not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, $35 per hour with 24 hour turnaround via email or text.

(3) Non-Profit or For-Profit: $50 per hour anytime you require a 12 hour turnaround time on any work request and/or video or voice communication.

*Turnaround time is defined as the time elapsed from the time a service request is received to the time that service request is expected to be satisfied.

Terms and Conditions:

All active clients agree to remit to Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. the hourly rates as described above, on a monthly basis, as non-refundable payment toward their Total Monthly Marketing Budget for any and all submitted work requests.

It is hereby agreed that this Total Monthly Marketing Budget shall be paid to Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. as complete compensation for completing each of the work requests submitted according to the schedules outlined above.

Ongoing Itemized Billing:

All Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. clients are provided with real-time ongoing itemized billing which describes in detail the work required to complete each of the tasks requested and exactly how long each task took to complete. This ongoing itemized billing is provided by your assigned Project Manager in Excel format once every 24 hours. All submitted service requests are subject to a minimum itemized billing time of 15 minutes, or one quarter hour, unless otherwise defined by your assigned project manager.

Remittance Terms:

It is hereby agreed that all payments shall be remitted within 30 Days (Net) of the “Invoice Date” listed on the Invoice (and not the date of receipt of the invoice) or shall be subject to the late payment rate as outlined within the Late Payment Rate section below.

Late Payment Rate:

It is hereby agreed that all past due accounts shall be charged a late payment rate of 1.5% of the invoice balance monthly, or 18% annually, with the first past due rate applied to the invoice balance at midnight, 30 days after the “Invoice Date” listed on the invoice (and not the date of receipt of the invoice).

Checks: Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. accepts both certified and non-certified business checks. We do not accept personal checks. (NSF) Non-Sufficient Funds Charge: It is hereby agreed that any payment rejected by your financial institution for any reason shall incur an additional charge of $35.00 USD per item returned to Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd.. It is also herby agreed that following a second payment returned for NSF that Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. will no longer be able to accept non-certified business checks for any payments made to your account.

Credit Reporting:

Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd., D‐U‐N‐S® Number: 196750249, provides automated daily reports to the Dunn & Bradstreet® Credibility Corporation (https://www.dnb.com/) via PAYDEX® and the Experian™ Credibility Corporation (http://www.experian.com/) via Intelliscore PlusSM.

Refund Policy:

As all services are provided prior to payment, Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

As a real-time service provider all itemized billing is approved by each client throughout the month. Clients then have 30 days to satisfy their invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

When and where we offer subscriptions for payment you may cancel your subscription with us at any time without penalty. Please note that you will still lose access to whatever services your subscription was paying for, but our subscriptions carry no obligation. They are provided solely for the benefit of easier ongoing billing for clients that pay the same amount every month, quarter or year.
