Early Life and Education
Aaron’s technological journey began at age seven when he first interacted with a Tandy computer from Radio Shack, sparking a lifelong passion for programming and innovation. His hunger for knowledge was evident early on, entering advanced placement classes in the second grade and maintaining a perfect academic record through high school, culminating in a 5.0 GPA at graduation and a full scholarship to Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) to study Computer Engineering.
Career Journey
Upon receiving his degree, with honors, Aaron’s career trajectory took an unexpected turn from computer engineering to journalism when, driven by his passion for technology across all spectrums, and a unique opportunity at just the right time, he started his career serving the American Machinist and Machine Design Magazines in 1999. Here he quickly found his niche at the intersections of technology, engineering, digital marketing and journalism.
Aaron left the American Machinist and Machine Design magazines in 2004 to found Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd., a company that has grown to encompass a team of 7 Project Management Professionals (PMPs) serving clients globally under Aaron’s leadership.
Philosophy and Approach
Aaron operates under the philosophy that it is better to serve the few perfectly than to serve the many ordinarily. This principle guides his professional actions as well as the ethos of Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd.
He remains at the forefront of technology and marketing trends by engaging deeply with the partners, sponsors, supporters and content contributors of the newsletters he publishes, ensuring that his publication’s editorial efforts are always aligned with the audience they serve.

Aaron considers his most significant contributions to be (1) the establishment of the Top Tech Tidbits and Access Information Newsletters as not-for-profit publications able to support themselves, (2) the establishment of AI-Weekly, a weekly newsletter that he spun off from Top Tech Tidbits in 2024 that covers all of the latest tips, news and trends in AI each week, and (3) the establishment of the (Access Technology) AT-Newswire Press Release News Distribution Service, an innovative service that brings all of the latest news, trends and opinions in access technology together in one place for the benefit of news agencies worldwide.
These publications and services not only disseminate critical information to people that need it, when they need it, they also foster a community of inclusivity and accessibility.
Aaron’s initiatives, particularly those benefitting the disability community, exemplify his commitment to creating channels that support mutual prosperity through sustainable partnerships.
Personal Insights and Balancing Life
Aaron studied traditional Taekwondo under the late Grandmaster Moo Hwan Kim from 1998-2012. Aaron achieved a 3rd degree black belt during his time studying Taekwondo, competed in more than a thousand tournaments, and taught thousands of others, of all abilities, about the way of the hand and foot.
Learning how to reach others is what taught Aaron the importance of meeting each client precisely where they are. His work, deeply rooted in helping others, seamlessly integrates with his personal passions, making his professional endeavors deeply fulfilling.
